Without an onsite meeting, the designer has blinders on. So our first step when you meet our designer, Vince Kunasek, is the on-site meeting. the LOT speaks to us as much as the client. The impact that the environment has on the design is immeasurable. Ignoring what mother Earth tells us is a disservice to our clients, sun angles, wind direction, existing structure...
