Our Process

The Design Process begins with your lot, your home that is to be remodeled, or one of our Home Plans in our library of Custom Homes Designs. We conduct an On Site Interview where we have an open discussion about your project. Once we have determined the scope of your project we will provide you with a detailed proposal and description of our services. Once the proposal is accepted the process begins as described below. Design sessions can be held in our office or on line.

We Provide

• Observation of project environment
• Question & answer session
• Offer "What If" Design scenarios

You Provide

• Your Design Criteria
• Surveyors certificate or anything showing the size of the property
  (Building Envelope)
• Any Sub division covenants that will apply to the design
• Size of any unique furniture, accessories or artwork that will be going into the design

Preliminary Design #1

• Floor plans showing general room layout & sizes
• Rendering of the front of your home.
• Plot plan showing orientation of the design on its building envelope
• Correspondence of your overall thoughts of the design
• Changes you would like to see to the design (In general terms)
• Details such as room moldings, coverings, cabinet accessories, ceiling effects

Schedule for design session #1 (Allow for 2-3 Hours)

Design Sessions

• Suggested changes will have been made
• View 3d animation tour of the design
• Question / Answer discussion
• Make modification to the design
• You Will Leave with
• Revised 8 1/2' x 11' Floor plans
• Exterior Elevations / Renderings
• 3D Animation Tour of the design
• Instructions for next session
• Your Thoughts And Notes
• Your Builder and for interior designer are always welcome to attend
• Schedule next session
• Between sessions correspond with any thoughts you have and revisions you would like to see
